"Hershey's" Almond Bar

Ingredients

  • Mix together
  • 4 cups barley malt-sweetened carob chips
  • 1/2 cup almond butter, or
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds

Directions

Melt almond butter in a double boiler. Add carob chips and melt thoroughly. Stir in almonds. Pour into a casserole dish. Put in refrigerator to harden. Cut or break in pieces. Serve.
