- 1 1/2 cups soy or rice milk
- 3/4 cups frozen strawberries, unsweetened
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- maple syrup (to taste)
This smoothie has soy or rice milk, frozen strawberries, and vanilla and maple syrup.
Whiz all ingredients in a blender. Serve immediately. Shake should be fairly thick.
