A quick and easy delicious vegan pie!

Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 package Mori-Nu Mates Vanilla Low-Fat Pudding Mix
  • 1 small can pineapple, crushed and undrained
  • 1 pint (2 cups) tofu sour cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut

Cooking items needed

large bowl
spatula
mixer

Directions

  1. Place above ingredients in a large bowl and mix at a low speed until mixed (approx. 1 minute or less).
  2. Pour into a purchased or homemade pie shell and chill. Garnish with a non-dairy topping if desired.
