Delicious Millet
Ingredients
- 1 cup millet
- 1 cup brown rice
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 6 ½ cups water
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup coconut
- ½ cup dates, chopped or pieces
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover, and bake for 1 - 1 ½ hours at 350°.
