Indian Corn Meal
Ingredients
- 1 cup coarse corn meal
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups apples, chopped
- ¼ cup raisins or dates
Directions
Stir corn meal into cold water. Cook 15 minutes and add other ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
