- 4 cups apples, peeled and shredded
- ½ cup water
- 1 6-ounce can apple juice concentrate
- 2 ½ Tbs cornstarch
Blend cornstarch with a little water and set aside. Heat apple juice and ½ cup water in a saucepan. Add apples. Cover and simmer until tender. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Use Crumble Crust. Fill and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
