- 4 cups apples, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 6-ounce can apple juice concentrate
- 2 1/2 Tbs cornstarch
Blend cornstarch with a little water and set aside. Heat apple juice and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan. Add apples. Cover and simmer until tender. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Use Crumble Crust. Fill and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
