"Hershey's" Almond Bar
- Mix together
- 4 cups barley malt-sweetened carob chips
- 1/2 cup almond butter, or
- 1/4 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
Melt almond butter in a double boiler. Add carob chips and melt thoroughly. Stir in almonds. Pour into a casserole dish. Put in refrigerator to harden. Cut or break in pieces. Serve.
