- 1 pound tofu
- 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons Bragg's Aminos (optional)
- 2 teaspoons BILL'S BEST Chicken Seasoning
This recipe uses a pound of tofu and cooks it like scrambled eggs.
Crumble tofu into skillet. Stir in seasonings. Cook 5 minutes on medium heat. Variation: Add chopped bell peppers, onions, and/or mushrooms.
