Walnut Loaf

A tasty loaf that is easy to make and healthy.

Walnut Loaf
Prep Time: 25 min
Cook time: 45 Minutes
Yield: 1 Loaf


  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ tsp sage


  1. Saute chopped onions and celery in canola oil.
  2. Remove from heat and add milk and salt.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into oiled baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.
